Year 7 Induction Day: Wednesday 4th September - we look forward to seeing you in full school unifrom on the 4th September. We will meet you on the games area at the back of the school (near the bike sheds). The day starts at 8.30am (you can arrive anytime from 8am), and will finish at 3pm

Over the Summer holidays, we encourage you to familiarise yourself with Firefly, which is our VLE - Virtual Learning Environment, by using the following guest account:

It was wonderful to see so many of our new familes for our Transition days/evenings in the first week of July. You can find the key messages that were given out at the presentations attached at the bottom of this page. 

Action Your Potential: We were pleased so many of you were able to join us for the webinar in April that focussed on supporting your child with transition, if you were unable to join or would like to rewatch, you can do so: Year 6 Transition Webinar. 

As a school we work with Action Your Potential to help our children, parents, carers and staff learn all about the amazing brain. Andrew, and the team at AYP, have made a video course and some resources for Y6 children (and their parents and carers) looking at how to manage the brain's worry system and build great well-being as we prepare to move up to secondary school.
