Self Service Password Registration and Reset

Register for Self Service Password Reset (SSPR)

To use the Self Service Password Reset tool (SSPR) you need to have registered. To register now, go to https://aka.ms/ssprsetup, sign in using your email address, which is your firstname.surname followed by ‘@shoreham-academy.org’ and follow the on-screen instructions.

Visit the SSPR password reset tool and follow the on-screen instructions.

Need to change your Shoreham Academy Password?

You can change your password in the following ways:

• Visit the password change tool and follow the on-screen instructions
• If you are logged into a Shoreham Academy Windows machine you can use the Ctl+Alt+Delete function and select ‘Change a password’.

Creating your Password

Shoreham Academy requires your password to:

• Be a minimum of 8 characters long
• Be different to your last 8 passwords
• Not contain single words or a recognisable combination of words, letters or numbers e.g. your name/initials and date of birth
• Include a combination of character types consisting of:
  • Letters – upper or lowercase
  • Numbers
  • Special characters (e.g. ! @ # $ % ^ & * () = - {} [] “ ; ? , /)
